THE HOUSEHOLD
\nA warm British-Ukrainian family relocating to Dubai in August 2026, with a twelve-year-old son in residence, an older daughter studying in London who joins during school holidays, and a family puppy soon to arrive. A part-time chef is already engaged. The family value warmth, discretion and steady professionalism, and are seeking someone to become a trusted and lasting part of household life.

THE ROLE
\nThis is not a housekeeping role in the conventional sense. The family are seeking a quiet, dependable right hand — someone whose work is felt in the smooth running of the home and whose presence makes daily life easier and more beautifully ordered. Initial guidance will be generous; ongoing direction will not be.

\n\n

— Maintain the residence to an exceptional standard day to day — cleaning, organisation, laundry, ironing and expert care of fine clothing, footwear, handbags and delicate fabrics — Work alongside the part-time chef, finishing dishes, setting and serving family meals with quiet professionalism, and preparing weekend breakfasts and simple family dishes (pasta, pancakes, steak and the like) from chef-provided ingredients
\n— Set tables beautifully and support service at family lunches, dinners and gatherings
\n— Manage household supplies, grocery and personal shopping, deliveries, errands and service appointments
\n— Provide responsible, attentive supervision of the family's twelve-year-old son when parents travel, supporting his school schedule, after-school activities and daily routine
\n— Take full care of the family puppy and, in time, the family dog — feeding, walking, grooming and veterinary appointments
\n— Travel with the family when required, including occasional trips to Oman, with the occasional residence preparation ahead of family arrivals
\n— Anticipate needs, take initiative and act before being asked

Position: Private Housekeeper & Family Assistant
\nLocation: Dubai Hills, Dubai
\nSalary: Highly competitive package, dependent on experience
\nHours: 12 hours per day, 6 days per week — with brief Sunday breakfast service only (the remainder of Sunday is free)
\nAccommodation: Live-in, comfortable private accommodation provided
\nStart: 20th August 2026

THE CANDIDATE
\nThe right person is warm, capable and emotionally mature — someone who instinctively makes a home feel cared for, who takes quiet pride in her work, and who is at her best when looking after others. She is seeking a long-term home and career, ideally six years or more, and the personal and financial stability that comes with a role of this kind.

\n\n

— Solid experience in private households at a high standard, ideally with exposure to senior housekeeper, butler or House Manager–led environments
\n— Excellent references and a clear, traceable employment history —
\nSkilled in the care of fine clothing, footwear, handbags and delicate fabrics
\n— Calm and confident with children and pets, with the warmth and reliability to step in when parents travel
\n— Conversational English; additional languages an asset
\n— Discreet, trustworthy and respectful of privacy at all times
\n— Energetic, proactive and organised — comfortable working independently with minimal supervision — Honest, emotionally intelligent and easy to be around
\n— Genuinely committed to a long-term, stable placement
